Grainger Incentive Travel Marketing Program

Zar Marketing was part of the meeting management team that planned and managed logistics and all elements of back-to-back Annual Achiever’s and President Club incentive travel trips for Grainger’s top achievers and their spouses to the Mayan Riviera in Cancun. To promote the event to the sales team, Zar developed the theme, “Mayan Riviera Xperience” used on a series of four postcards using Cancun imagery entitled: Xtraordinary, Xcellent, Xceptional and Xcitement to build enthusiasm and encourage extra effort to qualify. We also designed and developed a companion “You’ve earned it” planner sent to all winners which included a welcome letter, program book, travel guide, luggage tags an A-to Z guide to speaking Spanish, and more. The marketing program produced for Grainger was honored with a Silver Tower Award from the Chicago Chapter of he Business Marketing Association.
